OUR STORY
Dream Construction Limited was founded by Emil Todorov in 2019, bringing together over 15 years of hands-on building and renovation experience. Emil began his career as a sole trader in South East London, where he developed expertise across the full range of residential construction and renovation trades before relocating to Exeter and launching Dream Construction Limited.
Today the company provides a complete in-house service to homeowners across Devon and Somerset. Every project is personally managed by Emil from the initial consultation through to final handover, ensuring a consistent standard of quality and communication throughout.
Dream Construction is fully qualified and insured across all services. All electrical and gas work is carried out and tested to current regulations. Every project is backed by a two year craftsmanship warranty, giving clients complete peace of mind.
