Craftsmanship Warranty

All construction and renovation work completed by Dream Construction Limited is supported by our 2 year craftsmanship warranty, subject to the terms set out in the relevant service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Construction Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the previous twelve months. Liability for actual construction and renovation services is governed by the separate service agreement entered into with each client.
